Crikey these are used a lot on the Scout! Same bumper used to keep the tailgate arms from bashing into the body, bottom of the fold up passenger side seat frame and also used on the clutch pedal assembly. 

Not an exact reproduction but dang close. Use a spritz of silicone spray to help with install.
