Each Scout II hinge has a little slider/wear pad. If your rebuilding your hinges you will want to install a new set of these to keep everything nice and tight. One slider per hinge.
Remanufactured from Delrin® for better than factory wear and abrasion resistance and durability. If you still have the little metal spring clips you will need to cut a small recess in these.
