Gas tank filler neck seal for your Scout II. Make sure to measure the hole size on the body to confirm. Replacement quarter panels all use the late model style. 

Early model (71'-77') = Small = 2-3/4" hole size.

Late model (77'-80) = Large = 3-3/4" hole size.
