These are tough transfer cases to find these days.  If you have a 6L80 or 6L90 transmission that means the output shaft is a 32 spline and odds are you could only find an NP241c transfer case with a 27 spline input. This is a replacement input shaft for the NP241c that will convert from a 27 spline to a 32 spline.
